"Rooted Leadership was instrumental in connecting us with an excellent coach who walked us through the process of restructuring our leadership team and creating effective job descriptions. Our coach also helped us work through several interpersonal challenges on our leadership team and we are a much stronger and cohesive team today because of it."

"J.R. Briggs (Coach, Rooted Leadership Solutions) has helped me gain valuable perspective on my leadership style by asking me insightful questions and by providing me with specific questions to ask my leadership team. J.R. brings fresh insights to my leadership team relationships based on the depth of his reading, his continuing education, and his life experiences. J.R. holds me accountable for my action items and in turn, helps me to hold my leadership team accountable."
